Activity 3.4 What of professional development?

1. The current school system I am in does not employ these techniques as yet. However, I am hoping with this type of Training I am receiving now to be able to initiate some type of Training Programme.

2. Professional Development as I have experienced it, takes more of a cookie cutter approach in which physically and mentally challenged students does not fit the profile of the Training. Professional Development geared toward inclusivity is not a one size fits all and the Professional Development Programme should cater for students who are physically and mentally challenged.
