A school that I know of, has weekly teacher meetings, thus enabling teachers to share their concerns or experiences they may be facing, and finding ways in which they could resolve the issues in a timing matter. By doing so extra support is given to the teachers. Also daily talks are encouraged among each other and welcomed so teachers will feel comfortable in sharing in a positive manner.
