Teacher need to be aware of their students, whether they are disabled or not. They should firstly understand the needs a child may have, and the attention that child or children may require. Teachers should strive to work towards developing positive classroom behaviors and experiences. Teacher should also assess children's weakness and strengths and thus create plans that can assist them to develop holistically. Creating an environment where all children are comfortable to learn and share their experiences.
