One aspect I would like to highlight is the encouragement of teachers to reflect as a group or individually without biasness. By doing so they would better able to assess any challenges they maybe encounting and work together to resolve their challenge as a "collective"  

One aspect that may be a challenge is the lack of time. Many teachers may have so many preparations to do, that they feel overwhelmed and feel burdened by engaging in group reflection.
