As I move forward, I will take with me the insights gained from 'being an effective inclusive teacher.' I will put these into practice more confidently, as I look closely to assess the unique needs of all students not only those whose physical need are easily identified.
I will also take forward, the ideals of an inclusive teacher, from 'the inclusive teacher's attitude and behavior'. This served as a reminder that the attitude of the teacher along with their words and actions, influence the children they serve. As teachers, it is important for us to model the changes that we want to see in our inclusive classrooms.
