Activity 3.8 Monitoring inclusivity: How do we know if we've done it?

1. Infrastructure should be geared toward meeting the needs of the challenged students.

2. Teacher Aides reducing the ratio of Teacher to student to a more manageable number.

3. On-going Training as part of your All-Inclusive System.

The best measurement for this will be to do a cross-sectional study of a random group of students over a given period of time to evaluate improvements or declines. 

The processes that could be put in place to monitor inclusiveness are a Peer Audit of other Teachers and the Principal Evaluation.
