What need to be in place to enable teachers to take part in "learning study" is the assurance the environment , especially when it comes to sharing experiences would be non judgmental and non threatening. Teachers shouldn't be fearful or shy to express themselves and share their opinions with others. The environment should be one where everyone feels comfortable enough to share and participate.

"Learning Study" can be used to develop inclusive teachers because they can now come together, reflect on their teaching practices, and brainstorm ideas on how to be more effective at being inclusive teachers and how to work with students with disabilities.
