Activity 3.5: Example from practice

When teachers focus on their learners' ability, they will be able to differentiate each child's learning style and implement strategies/plans to help deliver the lesson more effectively. 
Teachers must be able to collaborate with each other, be open minded about each other's input, value the opinions contributed and agree on the most appropriate solutions in order to develop into effective, inclusive teachers.
