The practical benefits to schools and children of outside organizations are many. The school would gain support in areas they are not specialized thereby strengthening support to children to learn.

The agencies would also help in producing resources, sharing ideas and making the classroom inclusive for all learners.

According to the case study, it looks like the itinerant teachers are not adequate to serve their clients. They have a large catchment area. Visits to schools and homes of the challenged learners were not enough for support.

In my area, there are also very few itinerant teachers trained by the government. They make periodic visits to schools around the educational zone.
