Working with stakeholders

I believe working with individual students is very effective as this allows for the teacher to identify specific areas of need and to address these needs and assign someone to support the child outside of school hours. The teacher may not necessarily address that need himself but seek the assistance of the school in making the arrangements to  have improvements made regarding infrastructure and other resources which would eventually make school a place where the child can be comfortable to learn.
