One aspect that I like is that the resources are activity based and are full of different but relevant examples. These can be used as a great reference for teachers. One aspect that might present a challenge is the workload of teachers. While the resource may prove to be useful to some, others may find it to be additional work on top of their heavy workload. Also, coming out of their comfort zone to try something new or different may present as a challenge. We must remember that while change may be scary or challenging, sometimes it’s for the best.
