4.5 Practical benefits to schools of outside organizations

An itinerant teacher will result in a lot of positives for both teachers and learners. Being specialized in that field, the itinerant teacher will be able to broaden teachers’ ideas and share new strategies which would result in total inclusiveness in the classroom and ensuring no child is left behind.

However, the mentality of the persons involved in this factor, will positively or negatively affect the practical outcomes in working alongside an organization. For instance, taking constructive criticism and new ideas of new strategies for teaching, may be difficult to accept if an open mind and willingness to accept is lacking.
