Experiences of Professional Development

A professional development experience which helped to improve my practice were titled Online Assessment. It was found to be effective because it exposed me to a variety of platforms that can be utilised to create assessments for my students which allows me to monitor the students performance. In addition, it allowed me to become aware of new strategies to improve the students learning and instuction.
