Activity 4.5 Practical benefits to schools of outside organisations

The Itinerant Teacher is basically restructuring the school to meet the needs of the learners.  The learners would benefit from this change of learning styles. Activities are planned to cater to the needs of those with disabilities. At the same time, he is also helping Teachers to improve and prepare them for the broad gamut of conditions he or she will encounter in the classroom.

The Itinerant Teacher brings new and refreshing ideas to the classroom. These ideas would change the classroom, thus making it more interactive and fulfilling. These types of contributions would encourage a different air of thinking, both by the teachers and the learners. The teachers would benefit greatly from unconventional teaching methods, catered to the child’s needs.

I have not had any similar experiences of schools working with organizations in my context.
