Two factors that are particularly effective in contributing to an inclusive ethos and culture are:

1. I believe the community perception can assist in creating an inclusive ethos of the school, in that, they can lend support and new ideals to persons unaware of dealing with learning disabilities. This can help change the general outlook of perceived societal norms of these learners being outside of 'normal' learning. One community means they can also offer assistance to schools and members of the community to create social inclusion mindset.

2. Team work is also a great factor. In schools we have teachers that have specialized in teaching students with disabilities. it is important that other teachers can access information through them to gain support of a learner they may have in their care. This goes all the way to other school personnel assisting each other with information to create inclusivity.
