Bringing it all together

Two key points that I will take are:

1. Hands-on professional development within the classroom. This will indicate the teachers professional growth through collaborative learning with colleagues, together with a wider range of approaches and self reflection on classes through active learning. 

2. Importance of having networking with outside stakeholders.  The school cannot operate in isolation.  Working  with stakeholders will support the teachers, parents and learners in a positive way eg. Providing resources to improve the environment and knowledge on the importance of inclusion.

With all the information gained, I personally would support inclusion.
