Activity 3.2: Experiences of professional development

Dear Colleagues,

The opportunities for professional development were numerous over the years of service. The most memorable was my interaction with an Educational Specialist who was assigned to assist in in developing better management of my classroom environment and my instructional strategies. The direct result of this interactive relationship was that the classroom became the model classroom in the school for enriched engagement for all learners.
