Two things I will take forward from this course are:

The key factors for establishing a strong inclusive ethos which I intend to take initiative by becoming involve in utilising the ways of collecting and sharing information about the students in order for teachers at all level to become aware of the strengths and weaknesses of the students so that the teachers will gain the necessary information to cater for the learning needs of the students as a whole school approach.

The methods of working alongside school communities, families and stakeholders by encouraging individuals to volunteer in a effort to provide support for children and families who are in need of providing education where the school community and other stakeholders can collaborate to establish a book and clothes drive where the students can develop their reading skills and secure school clothes as well as suitable clothing that can be worn at home for students in need of assistance.
