I found that the support given by these experts are wonderful. In my context the support given by different bodies in the community were beneficial to school as we go forward, such as, the plumber who would donate his time and services when there are plumbing issues at the Centre. The Area Representative will donate items when we have social functions, as well as making connections with the correct authority when we had a garbage collection problem at the Centre. We also worked with the School Support Services who sent someone to observe a child based on the teacher’s written observations and gave us strategies to help this boy.
