Activity 3.5 Example from practice.

Teachers need to be open to change and this will help enable them to share knowledge and to be open to new idea's, when having cluster reflections on a monthly basic. Teachers should be encouraged and motivated by the administrators and head teacher, when teachers work together the work load becomes easier by making this an important aspect in education, this gives teachers the opportunity to actually put what they learn into practice when corresponding with others in reflective sessions.
