The features of an inclusive school include: correct teacher attitudes,correct administrators and management attitudes- attitudes that are for pro inclusion e.g a welcoming administrator or teacher towards all students, resource allocation by school management that facilitate proper training to develop soft skills in teachers and to enable teachers to adapt the materials required to facilitate inclisivity, allowing or fostering discussions about inclusivity, working on physocal barriers that are not pro- inclusion e.g building ramps tp facilitate those who cannot use the stairs or take the lift and challenging beauracratic barriers.
