The roles of the different staff contribute to Inclusive Ethos in any school is very important, staff display a positive attitude and encourage all students to treat their disabled peers with respect. Staff identify children's needs and adapt the curriculum to meet the needs of those children, which is similar to what we do at the schools where I currently work. Through observation we develop age appropriate strategies to promote learning in all children.
The school base support team work with district support teams to make all areas of school life accessible to all children.
