Certification

Pleasant evening. I have a question with regards to certification. I am from Trinidad and Tobago, employed with the Ministry of Education. The memo that was sent to participate in this course spoke to certification by OL, COL and the Ministry of Education. On my statement certificate, I am only seeing the logos for COL and OL but not the Ministry of Education. Any idea how this can be addressed? Thanks in advance.
