The need or importance to participate in a Learning study must be recognized. Therefore, a strong school policy and school ethos surrounding inclusion is much needed. These, accompanied by full support from administration to cater and support staff development in this area is also a plus. Teachers should be encouraged to expand their skills by participating in Learning study and then be allowed to implement that knowledge in the classroom environment.
