1. I have learnt about how to create an inclusive classroom and school by creating and inclusive ethos and culture by making everyone feel they belong to the school and community. I will achieve this by involving the community and school stakeholders in school activities, soliciting support of experts such as Itinerant teachers, nurses, physiotherapists, funders and adapting school environment to suit everyone especially those with disabilities.
2. The school is not an isolated place or entity. It is located in a community and belongs to the community. I must always work with them. Children belong to the parents and I must work with them to develop a deeper understanding of children's needs and plan appropriate support for inclusion in the learning programme.
3. I will also make use of the COL website to secure resources and appropriate approaches for teaching and learning.
