End of course assessment - Bringing it all together

Two things that I will take forward from this course and put into practice are: 1.) I am definitely going to practice role modeling the positive attitude. I believe this is one of the most important aspect as the first impression counts a lot. Always keeping in mind the Golden Rule: "Treat others the same way you would like to be treated."

2.) I will also use the resources I have and I believe it is another essential aspect when working with students with special needs. Whenever the resources needed to meet students needs are in place it make students feel included, care for and safe.

There are other areas that I will also want to practice as they all will be very helpful when working with students with special needs. The importance is to have every child in school feel included and part of a group. Help them to be confident and feel safe in the school environment and feel school and classroom as their second home.
