Supporting Teachers

In supporting teachers in developing the different types of knowledge I would:
  • Create time for peer collaboration, which will allow teachers to share best practices and give new teachers the chance to learn from more experienced educators.
  • Ensure that evaluations are meaningful and that teachers use it to maximize their overall teacher effectiveness.
