Two factors that contribute to an inclusive school are , an open door policy where there are opportunities for parents to come into school , for example , parents day ,open house  where they  can see the children work and interact with the teachers. School can encourge parents or community members to be resoruce experts and they can come and talk on a particular subject or do some demonstration for the children based on what the theme or project .
