Learning Study is very critical in becoming an inclusive teacher, as the word inclusive means not excluding any group or parties, in this case teachers or children, and this is the essence of learning study. A place where all teachers feel welcome, valued, and respected. They can feel free to share, ask for help and get that support so that they know they are not alone, and they are part of the decision making.

This also develops comradery amongst staff and brings them closer with one mission resulting in inclusive teachers.
