Hello everyone! My name is Faranak, and I am an urban planner and designer with a background in Urban and Regional Planning. I have several years of professional experience working on urban planning and design projects.

My experience includes working with spatial and urban data, GIS, data visualisation and dashboards to understand and communicate urban issues. I am also interested in transport and mobility, particularly in how data can support better planning and decision-making.

I have some experience with policy-related planning processes and stakeholder needs, and I am interested in learning more about how data visualisation can support policy making and collaboration between different stakeholders.

I’m looking forward to learning from everyone’s experiences during this course!
