Technology Enabled Care (TEC)

Technology enabled care refers to the use of telehealth, telecare and telemedicine. These services can help provide care that is convenient, accessible and cost-effective. They use technology to support people to live safely in their own homes. 


Telemonitoring tools

devices, apps or online programmes that you can use to send information about your health and wellbeing to a support worker or health professional. This can help them keep an eye on your condition and offer help when needed.
