  2. Discuss reasons why it is necessary to collect and record data
  3. Explain how different types of data supports HR practice and the management team
  4. Describe the systems used for recording data, the methods of data storage and benefits of storage systems
  5. Explain at least two legal requirements when recording, storing and accessing HR data
  6. Discuss how to analyse data and make recommendations
  7. Describe ways to present data visually using 3 different formats
