- Explain how different types of data supports HR practice and the management team
- Describe the systems used for recording data, the methods of data storage and benefits of storage systems
- Explain at least two legal requirements when recording, storing and accessing HR data
- Discuss how to analyse data and make recommendations
- Describe ways to present data visually using 3 different formats
