Activity 3 - Systems used for recording data

 

There are many systems that can be used to record and store HR data, the list below are some systems that you may be familiar with or use in your work environment.  

HR data can be recorded and/or stored on the following systems:

  • Online/Cloud
  • Manual systems - such as personnel files
  • Computerised systems - such as SAP, CIPHR, Sage, HRIS, Kronos, Oracle, HRMS

There are more systems that you may be able to identify or use in your workplace.
