I can't find an answer here - can I talk to/email someone?


During the course we monitor the Course Forum for any technical issues you might encounter. Post them under the 'Technical support issues' discussion thread and we will normally reply within a working day (usually faster though). Please don't post support requests on the regular discussion forums. These get busy and there are too many conversations going on for us to check them regularly - especially during the later weeks.

It's often worth checking this discussion thread to see if someone has already posted the same problem you are having - bigger issues and their solution(s) will get added to the weekly email sent from the Course Forum.

Issues with registration or Openlearn Create are best directed to the OU help pages where you can find out more. Current IT issues and their resolution on the OU site can be found here.
