The relationship between language and learning is approached in three ways: learning a language, learning about language and learning through language. This free course, Understanding language and learning, explains and illustrates the different relationships between language and learning, and these are illustrated through videos, activities and other examples.

To me there is nothing better than to think about learning and its implications, especially when you are a teacher and want to help you students accomplish their goals. This is a course that does just that. It makes you think about the importance of social interactions and the language used in those interactions as a means and and end to learning and teaching. I really enjoyed it!
