We need to remember Stuart Hall's theory of what race is. It is a floating signifier and it's something that is constructed, reconstructed and shifted according to political, historical and social contexts.

I believe having that more representation within the OU, even shown through these interviews, potentially will help BME, people that may live in Milton Keynes, desire to be a part of the OU or to apply for these jobs.
