Glossary

organisational culture
refers to shared values, beliefs and assumptions that shape how people behave and interact within an organisation.
cultural competence
refers to a person’s ability to interact and develop relations with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
inequitable
means unfair, biased and discriminatory practice. The strive for fairness and equality may sometimes result in inequitably if group dynamics and differences are ignored. word doesn’t appear in the text
