Did you know Copilot’s capabilities go beyond answering your queries through text? It can also analyse images and documents!

Copilot uses advanced AI algorithms to interpret the content of an image.

It can recognise various elements in an image, such as objects and text.

It does this by breaking down the image into identifiable features and comparing them to a database of known elements to provide a description. Let’s look at how to do this.

To upload an image for analysis, first open the Copilot interface and make sure you are signed into your account. Then, look for the upload button or the image icon, typically located by the text field.

Once found, click on the button, and a dialog box will appear asking you to pick a file from your computer or phone. After, choose the image you wish to analyse and confirm the upload.

Once the image is uploaded, Copilot will automatically begin the analysis process.

Imagine you are an estate agent who wants to quickly catalogue the features of a property.

You could upload images of the house, and Copilot could identify and list elements like hardwood floors, granite countertops, or stainless steel appliances, helping you create a detailed listing faster.

Copilot can also help you understand data in a spreadsheet by analising the structure and relationships between cells.

It can perform tasks like summarising data, identifying trends or even generating insights based on the content.

Consider a scenario where you are a sales manager looking to understand quarterly sales figures.

By uploading the sales data spreadsheet, Copilot could provide a summary of top-performing products, highlight sales trends, and even predict future sales patterns.

For document analysis, such as an Excel spreadsheet, the process is similar: Access your Copilot interface. Then, click on the upload button or the document icon. Select the Excel file you need to analyse from your device. Confirm the upload, and Copilot will start processing the spreadsheet.

With the Copilot app, you can snap a photo in a moment and Copilot will analyse it on the spot.
