There is a fascinating world of nature all around us which we can see if we know how to look for it. Wherever you live, be it in a city or the countryside, you will find areas that support a range of wildlife. This free course, Neighbourhood nature, will provide you with basic scientific and observational skills so that you can go into your local neighbourhood to discover the animals and plants in open spaces. It was enjoyable to learn about temperate woodland. It was necessary to look up some of the terminology used to fully understand - it would have been helpful for terms to be explained within the text, The course was very short - the reason I chose it for my first one - but it is something that would have benefitted from more in depth content.
Excellent course. Very interesting. The only problem I had was getting the first video to work so had to just read the text.
