    Useful

I found this course useful although I'm an experienced online facilitator myself but didn't have previous experience of an open self-study course. I now believe that quizzes can be motivating. However, in question 9 in the final quiz, it was frustrating to try to guess the missing word of all the assets that can enhance the course experience.
