How might it feel?

I would be extremely frightened. Not only for myself but for loved ones, socio-economic issues, I would be wondering if i needed to take my life into my own hands, and whether i wanted to progressively lose functionality until i couldn't breathe on my own, scary enough without having my loved ones watch it.
