Helpless

i am a HCA in a nursing home and care for 2 residents with MND both at different stages. I can see that they both have similar symptoms but others not. One has very little mobility but his speech is not at all affected but the other has some mobility still but her speech has declined and struggles most of the time to be heard. you can sometimes see how helpless she feels but also the care team because they dont understand her.
