PANIC on MND diagnosis

I would feel complete panic 

The big question is how long before I...? stop running, driving, talking , eating etc 

Who can I rely on because I will lose my independence

I would feel trapped

I'm on limited time - perhaps I could now plan some experiences or am I already too poorly to achieve any bucket list items

Worried I can't support my sons or husband as I won't be here for them

A  frustrating end of life  - I would have to learn to be patient
