How It Might Feel to Receive an MND Diagnosis

Getting diagnosed with MND would feel devastating. I’d probably feel a mix of fear, sadness, and anxiety about how it will affect my life and my loved ones. There might also be frustration and a sense of helplessness, knowing that the disease is progressive. At the same time, I think I’d try to focus on making the most of the time I have, seeking support, and finding ways to adapt to the changes.
