How will this affect my parenting ability?

If I had MND and my own thoughts to sit with, a lot of worry and anxious thoughts would more than likely consume a lot of my time. Asking questions such as who will help my young children get dressed for school each morning?

Will  my partner still love and care for me?

It is a huge diagnosis not only for myself but for my family/partner to come to terms with this too. 

Sad that eventually I will no longer be here :(

How long before I am unable to do completely do anything? How long will my family be under the strain pf caring for me and also caring for my children and ensuring they are also emotionally supported throughout.
