Activity: Challenges to Learning

Remember your participant character profiles?

icon of pencil and paperWell now you need to think about how you can best support your participant going forward and answer the following:

  • What challenges do your profile characters face in practicing what they have learned in your training?
  • How can you support them going forward?
  • What follow-up materials might it be useful to provide?

* Challenges that my personal personalities face in practicing what they learned in my training:

1/ If the training course is limited to theoretical study only and is not linked to practical reality.

2/ If they find the content boring, they may not be interested in joining the course and benefiting from it.

      * When I answer a question; How can you support them moving forward? I think I'd be more interested in course design and storyboarding/prototyping. To be more attractive to learners.

I will also combine the latest studies, attractive design and practical reality. * About the follow-up materials that might it be useful to provide;  i think  Getting feedback on every aspect of the courses is really important so that i can improve and revise the content. What to focus on:

● Did we meet the goals as set out in the analysis phase?

● Take feedback and place back into the analysis phase.

● Identify other training requirements.

● Possible change in media types or approach.

i think  A great way to get feedback is to ask learners to complete surveys at the end of their course. This can be done within the course (using your authoring tool) or as by the LMS.
