To recap: ask participants to write what their Open Science goals are for the next week, next month, and next year on cards. Photograph them and include them in the participant pack. 

Tip: You can do this online by asking participants to write it via Mentimeter at the end of a webinar or by using a 'future self email' programme in an e-learning course e.g. https://www.futureme.org/letters/new
