The one thing I will definitively do differently in my role to be more inclusive in my practise is Reflect on my practise at all times .I can plan and select the appropriate resource and observe the child needs but if I do not reflect on my practise I believe I will not be effective.
When I reflect it will remind me what I did well and keep doing it and what I did not do right I will have to change my approach by improving because we want to be more learner centre in my practise. Regular reflection will support me in the development of my knowledge for practise ,my knowledge of practise, and my knowledge in practise .
Reflecting on regular basis will help me select right resources or create resources that are available and free for the child's learning process. Moreover it will certainly make my practises more effective by involving every student in my class. Reflection will make me to be more observant and flexible in my teaching practises to cater the needs of the learners and most importantly the children feel valued.
