Introduction

Pleasant day to everyone! My name is Labrisca Walker from the tropical twin island state  of Antigua and Barbuda; nestled between the cotinents of North and South America, The Caribbean.  Well, I am  exploring this course to gain more insights and experience to assist my students who are within an inclusive learning environment. Many of them are struggling with various academic or learning issues. Hence, doing this program will certainly provide a wider scope of  pedagogy in which can be tried in the classroom.  Courses like this provide teachers with professional development and remind us that teaching is evolving, learning is evolving so it is better for all stakeholders to always engage in sessions such as this.

INTRODUCTION

I am Dr. Fatima Shehu Kabir from Nigeria. I work at the Faculty of Education, Kaduna State University. I am also engaged in working to establish an Open Distance and E Learning Centre at Kaduna Polytechnic. I have my PhD. in Instructional Technology and have worked in ICT for about ten years and then worked in Distance Education for about five years now. I believe that doing this course will provide me with required insight into Inclusive education. Nigeria and Sub saharan Africa usually have issues with a large percentage of its school age children being excluded from education. I am hopeful that this course will answer the many questions educators ask about how to provide inclusive education.
