Well there were lots of things that might have helped Frederick Haga to be included in education.Firstly the attitude of his peers and teachers at school,if they had been saying encouraging words to Frederick and make him feel included inside the school environment things might be different for him.But see how they responsed "he should go home".They really excluded him.If teachers knew varieties of strategies to support  Frederick it will give him more comfort.Not only if there were education policies to students  with difficulties like him in that time.Supporting through Braille and audio materials or teachers have to provide activities.People should be stopped from negative views to Frederick.
